Enter your registered mobile number or email address and we will send a secure password reset link to both your phone (via SMS) and your email inbox within a few minutes. Click the link, set your new password and log back in. Reset links expire after 30 minutes, so complete the process promptly. No. Golo Rummy strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — results in all accounts being permanently banned and all balances being forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset option or contact support. Never create a second account.

Log in to your Golo Rummy account and go to Account Settings → Profile. You can update your contact details from there. For security reasons, changing a registered mobile number or email requires identity verification — you will receive a one-time confirmation code on both your old and new contact method. If you are unable to access your old mobile number, contact our support team at support@golorummy.app with your CNIC for manual verification.

Before permanently closing your account, consider using our self-exclusion or cool-off period tools in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, which allow you to take a break without permanently losing your account. If you still wish to permanently close your account, withdraw any remaining balance first, then contact support@golorummy.app with your request. Your account will be closed within 5 working days and all personal data handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Log in to your account and click "Deposit" in your account dashboard. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in PKR and follow the instructions for your chosen method. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically reflected in your account balance within 2–5 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.

The minimum deposit on Golo Rummy is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger additional KYC verification steps for security purposes. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees — you never need to deal with foreign currency or pay any conversion fee.

Golo Rummy accepts all major Pakistani payment methods:

First, allow the standard processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash take 2–5 minutes; bank IBFT can take up to 30 minutes. If the funds have still not appeared after that time, go to your transaction history and check the status. If the deposit shows as "Pending" for more than an hour, contact our support team via live chat or at support@golorummy.app. Have your transaction reference number (from your Easypaisa/JazzCash SMS confirmation) ready — this speeds up the investigation significantly.

Golo Rummy does not charge any fees for deposits. The full amount you send via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT or card is credited to your account wallet. Please note that your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transfer fees — this is outside our control. If you are unsure about your provider's charges, check with them directly.

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. In Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, the limit applies immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect instantly. Increasing a limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase applies. Select "Card" as your deposit method in the deposit section. Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV code. Only cards issued by Pakistani banks in PKR are accepted — international cards or foreign currency cards are not supported. The card must be registered in the same name as your Golo Rummy account. For first-time card deposits, a 3D Secure verification step (OTP via SMS from your bank) is required.

Log in, go to your account dashboard and click "Withdraw". Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (in PKR), select your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT) and confirm the request. Your registered payment details are used — ensure they are up to date in Account Settings before requesting. Our team processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during standard operating hours.

The minimum withdrawal on Golo Rummy is Rs 500. You can withdraw any amount above this threshold up to your available real-money balance. Note that bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn — they must first be converted to real money by completing the wagering requirements associated with that bonus.

Golo Rummy processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes on most operating days. Once processed from our end, the time for funds to appear in your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet is typically 5–15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers can take 2–8 hours depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has been marked "Processed" by us but funds have not arrived in your wallet after 8 hours, contact your bank or mobile wallet provider first, then our support team if needed.

For withdrawals above Rs 5,000 you are required to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (front and back) or passport. KYC is a one-time process — once your identity is verified, all future withdrawals above the threshold are processed without additional document requests. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. You can submit your KYC documents in Account Settings → Verification.

Withdrawals may be declined for the following reasons: pending KYC verification, active deposit bonus wagering requirements not yet completed, insufficient real-money balance (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly), account security review triggered, or a mismatch between your account name and the registered payment method. Check your withdrawal history for a decline reason, or contact our support team at support@golorummy.app with your withdrawal reference number for a specific explanation.

Golo Rummy does not charge any platform fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount transferred to your payment method. As with deposits, your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction fees — check with them if you notice a small deduction after funds are received in your wallet.

Golo Rummy offers the classic 13-card Rummy format popular across South Asia. Each player is dealt 13 cards and the objective is to form valid sequences and sets before your opponents. A valid sequence is three or more consecutive cards of the same suit. A set is three or four cards of the same value in different suits. You can reduce your deposit limit and the change takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit applies — this is a deliberate safety feature to prevent impulsive increases. Removing a limit entirely also requires the 72-hour period. These rules exist to protect you, not to restrict your freedom. Think of the cooling-off period as time for calm reflection before a significant change in your gaming budget.

A cool-off period (also called "Take a Break") is a short temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off you cannot log in, deposit or play, but your account, balance and history are fully preserved and you return automatically when the period ends. Self-exclusion is a more serious, longer-duration measure — minimum 30 days — that cannot be reversed early. Use a cool-off for short breaks; use self-exclusion if you feel you need a more significant period away from the platform.
