Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software bugs or attempts to manipulate game outcomes will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds without exception.
All withdrawals require completion of our KYC identity verification process. This is a standard financial compliance requirement and protects both players and the platform from fraudulent activity.
All promotional bonuses, cashback offers and referral rewards are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits that are published alongside each promotion. General Terms do not override promotion-specific rules.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Golo Rummy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the website located at golorummy.app and all related gaming services, features and content provided through it.
By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox on the sign-up form, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use the Golo Rummy platform.
These Terms apply to all players using Golo Rummy regardless of the device (mobile, tablet or desktop) or location within Pakistan from which they access the platform. They apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms and promotional conditions that may be published separately on the site.
To register and maintain an active account on Golo Rummy, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Golo Rummy reserves the right to ask for proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player cannot satisfy our verification requirements, the account will be suspended until verification is completed, and no withdrawals will be processed during that period.
Age Verification: If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation and any winnings generated during the suspected underage period will be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on Golo Rummy. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a third party's name or any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.
When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani phone number, a valid email address and a date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Golo Rummy will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
Golo Rummy operates a KYC verification process as required for responsible financial operations. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani government-issued ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals above Rs 5,000 are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the requested time frame will result in withdrawal hold until verification is satisfied.
Golo Rummy virtual cricket — all betting activity is subject to the game rules and fair play provisions set out in these Terms.
All financial transactions on Golo Rummy are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions and no exchange rate charges on any transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification in line with our financial compliance obligations.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your Golo Rummy wallet instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two hours during banking hours. Card deposits are instant. Golo Rummy does not charge any fee on deposits; your payment provider may impose their own transfer fees which are outside our control.
You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's payment method — including a family member's wallet — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit. Golo Rummy does not accept deposits from third parties.
Golo Rummy is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Our standard is to complete all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set per account tier and are shown in your account dashboard. Players who have completed enhanced KYC verification have higher daily withdrawal limits.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered to your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to your identity are not permitted under any circumstances.

In all cases where a withdrawal hold is applied, the affected player will be notified by email or support chat with the reason and the steps required to release the hold.
Golo Rummy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion in addition to these General Terms.
New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus offer current at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player and cannot be claimed by existing players who have closed and reopened accounts.
The Golo Rummy referral programme rewards players for introducing friends to the platform. Referral rewards are subject to the current referral programme terms displayed on the Refer a Friend page. Fraudulent referrals using fake accounts will result in cancellation of all rewards and potential account closure.
All games on Golo Rummy — including Rummy, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Slots, Virtual Sports and Fishing Games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface in addition to these Terms.
All game outcomes on Golo Rummy are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG produces genuinely random results that cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party — including Golo Rummy staff. Certification documentation is available to players on request.
In the event of a connection loss during an active game session, Golo Rummy's server will complete the game round according to the rules of that game. For games with player decision points (e.g., poker), a disconnection policy specific to that game applies and is described in the game rules. Golo Rummy is not responsible for connection issues caused by your internet service provider, device or any factor outside the platform's infrastructure.
If you believe a game result was incorrect, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the disputed event with the game session ID and a description of the issue. All disputes are investigated using server logs. Golo Rummy's determination on disputed game outcomes is final subject to the internal review process.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Golo Rummy and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure:
Where prohibited conduct is detected, Golo Rummy reserves the right to void all winnings associated with the prohibited activity, close the account permanently and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Golo Rummy reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:
If you wish to close your Golo Rummy account voluntarily, contact our support team at support@golorummy.app. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after final KYC checks are passed. Bonus balances are not refunded on voluntary closure.
Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Golo Rummy reserves the right to void any pending bonuses and winnings directly associated with the breach. Real-money balances not connected to the breach may be refunded at our sole discretion following investigation.

Players who choose to self-exclude will be blocked from the platform for the selected exclusion period — which can range from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, no deposits are accepted and any promotional emails are suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be shortened — only extended.
All content on the Golo Rummy platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, interface design and game names — is the property of Golo Rummy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell or create derivative works from any Golo Rummy content without our prior written consent. Screen-scraping, data mining and automated access to the platform are prohibited.
Golo Rummy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.
In summary, we collect the personal and financial information necessary to operate your account, process your transactions, verify your identity and provide customer support. We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and store your data on secure servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golo Rummy's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Golo Rummy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email and a prominent notice on the platform home page at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the current version was published. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Golo Rummy platform shall first be referred to our internal dispute resolution team by emailing support@golorummy.app. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 days.
If an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. Players and Golo Rummy both submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.
